Where Is Your DEFAULT Button Set To?

WHATS IN YOUR POCKET?                                                      

Hmm  for the love of money, really, where is your automatic memory recall button set as it relates to this reality?  I mean when I even hear “for the love of” statement  my immediate response automatically takes me to GOD not money or anything else!  So it is pretty easy to see where my default is set … it always leads ME directly back into my source, my love, my reality of God!

This might read as nonsense but on the contrary, it reflects the very deep rooting and unveiling of where my heart really sits as it pertains to my sense of freedom … it is definitely not around money as being the GOD in my life!  Now in saying all of that, I am not being disrespectful as I do fully appreciate and honor the purpose of money as energy and realize the good it can and does bring when distributed and used as a tool of exchange not someone’s disempowerment.  Where I believe the disturbance around the subject is birthed is when it is placed as not a primary tool of exchange but rather the be all end all to every decision one makes in their world!

This is what I mean when I ask, “where is your default button” set?  Does everything automatically lead back to the page where it is interpreted and compared against the financial balance sheet in your world?  Does it mean that when the accounting shows a surplus, it’s a good day and you are GREAT just the same as if in the negative, your day becomes a reflection of that lack? 

Good God people can you not see that you are SO MUCH MORE than your financial statements?

Again the choice is always ours to make and how we decide to show up in our worlds with each other and intimately with ourselves.  What I have come to realize from personal experience is lets say that if you have your default subconsciously set to be MONEY, there is a very high probability that money, as important it is to our human survival, is cleverly being used as a means of cover.

Yes that is correct, a cover to something much deeper inside that you are holding fear around owning or healing and releasing! 

Now unless you have already figured that one out on your own, there is a very high probability that some people reading this right now think I am full of bologna and the reason being is because you are one of the ones entrapped in the very thing I am speaking about, and until you choose to move out of it, it will be impossible to SEE! 

It’s as simple as that … you must rise above and take another view before you will be able to relate to the words I am writing .. and thats OK!

In other words, because of the importance in does play in our world with things like survival, happiness to some etc. when you use this as a means of expressing and understanding your personal worth or that of your relationships, you very well can be covering up the good stuff that is needing to be addressed underneath the daily balance sheet.  Money holds a very strong energy in and of itself and it is a very powerful entity in and of itself.  If you set this energy as being the source you choose to consistently and automatically follow as your lead, in the choices and direction you follow as well as the basis for most of your communications, you are greatly fooling yourself and robbing yourself of the true abundance that lies within your essence.

I offer you this heartfelt challenge to really look at your relationship to and with money.  I also offer you a heartfelt challenge to look and see where money fits into your most intimate relationships with your spouse or partner.  How much joy or how much stress revolves around this topic between the two of you?  Are you both on the same page in terms of relationship to this energy source OR do you see it as being used as the core  primary interference that halts the journey into greater intimacy the two of you could choose to experience?

Many entanglement issuses around this topic can indeed carve out a much different experience in your relationship in terms of how and what it is your heart signed up for.  Statistics show that the majority of divorces come as a result of imbalances around this very topic … money!  I say too bad because if our love boils down to that, for the love of money, instead of HEART, boy people do we really have our work cut out for us as a society!

The very sad thing that comes clear to me is just how misguided we can be around this sort of thing.  Yes, life happens shit happens and its not always a nice feeling when it does. 

Again, aren’t we the ones that choose our experiences people? 

To set money as the default in any relationship is not only painful but more importantly a death warrant to the stability of the relationship … unless of course both parties are in agreement to this and are functioning at the same level of understanding, which in that case you probably won’t be reading this!  

 To have money enter into the preciousness of your heart exchanges with your loved one and be used as a means of  disempowering the other, is very disturbing because it is the relationship that suffers.  The money issues will resolve in time and find their way but at what cost, there just may not be anyone standing there beside you to enjoy it in the end. 

I really hope people hear this truth and are able to put it into perspective enough to find the courage to really delve in to deeper areas of exploration if you are presently finding yourself being run by the energy of MONEY in any area of your world!

Let your new mantra be …” for the LOVE of LOVE” and see what happens in your life!  Remember life is precious, time a gift … find the courage to KNOW who you are and set your default button to LOVE and TRUTH!

~ Message from the HEART DOCTOR ~

 RELATIONSHIPS, ahh yes, they are delightful experiences in many ways! Even if you are not presently involved with that “special somebody”, our entire existence is really based around learning to deal with some form of inter-relatedness and connection. Even if you have chosen the extreme scenario and have completely removed yourself from any kind of human connection, the reality is that you still have a relationship with yourself and your physical surroundings to contend with.

Today though I would like to talk about our connections to other people, actually about our love connections. How many of us have experienced the nasty moments of some form of betrayal within that very intimate, sacred space we share with another? It doesn’t even have to be tainted with the “sexual betrayal” brush, it can include any kind of situation that causes either you or your other half to have feelings of distrust of some form, or pain brought about because of untruths being spoken or truths not being spoken!

When this sort of thing lands in our heart space, what is the real message? Honestly, what are we to do with this sometimes devastating and numbing sensation that permeates every fiber of our being? Well, lets take a closer look at perhaps an alternative way of interpreting this very real occurrence. I am not going to share a psychological perspective but rather a personal view through the eyes of the “heart doctor“!

What ROLE do YOU usually PLAY?

VICTIM or PERPETRATOR is the beginning point that will allow us to see a deeper gift buried within the offering. In this delightful dance of betrayal, the players are either on the side of victim or that of perpetrator and actually throughtout the entire number, can switch sides at anytime as a means of keeping the music alive. What most don’t and cannot realize or even see at that point in time is the gift of freedom that lies within the exchange. Let me explain!

I am not saying that betrayal is a nice experience for anyone to have to deal with but the opportunity of course, should one choose, is to embrace the moment fully and own up to a personal responsibility and accountability that is being brought to the forefront of the shared relationship. You see, the deepest truth here about ALL RELATIONSHIPS be it family, friends, acquaintances or lovers is really to reflect back to you your deepest essence. So if you find yourself engaged in something like a betrayal, the freedom and release will come ONLY when you are able to OWN the experience and use your god-given ability to either RESPOND with love instead of the usual tendancy most of us two legged creatures automatically flow to, that being a fear based REACTION.

If this is too much for the mind to take in lets try looking at it this way. What if you were to hit the pause button long enough for the drama to stop playing out on the physical realm in order for you to have a safe space in which to become accountable, for not only your contribution, but also for you to choose your next moment of offering? You see, if both parties were able to face the inadequacy in this manner, the resolve would be completely different than what most folks are used to experiencing when this sort of thing finds its way to their door.

But WHY would we want to do this you ask?

If we as humans are able to actively engage our spirits to fill the void we temporarily feel, not only would we be lifted to higher levels of understanding and compassion (which is an ultimate achievement on its own) we would be able to live in harmony instead of the ways of separation that actually keep us longing to feel complete. More relationships would survive and OUR SELF RELATIONSHIP would prosper to levels the mind can’t even begin to fathom!

This sense of awakened freedom is what helps us to REMEMBER the TRUTH of WHO WE REALLY ARE! Without this knowing we will always find ourselves in battle with the illusions that plague our deeper purpose! So my beauties the choice is ALWAYS yours to make.

The next time you find yourself smack dap in the middle of some form of betrayal, do remember these words and find the courage within to try a different approach!! Sometimes the overwhelmness that comes from our physical human world can be a bit much … just as Eddie Vedder sings in his song “Society“ … I was really grateful to hear those words this morning because I have once again been able to find my way back into the sacred space of my own song.  The last few days have played havoc on that safe silent place of retreat that I can always go to and find my answers to any of the tugging questions that I may have … usually!

The whole experience of greed is one that we have all touched or been touched by at some point in our lives.  Hmm, I guess as long as you feel at home with those energies it is part of your evolution and there is no judgment coming your way from here.  But for those whom do not resonate with the calibration of greed, just remember you have the ability to move forth from it through the embracing of LOVE and PEACE and UNDERSTANDING! 

This song really offers up an opportunity for each of us to decide what it is we would like to have.  We are given almost a sense of permission to leave a life of superficiality and join our hearts in a dance of deeper meaning and simple beingness if we so desire to choose!

Well thank you because I have chosen and yes there may be times when I may slightly lose my footing (as I did the other day and went tumbling onto the ice covered ground) but as my Dad has always told me if I got hurt … “Cath, don’t worry, its far away from your heart you’re OK!!”  In other words, a little bruise or scrape is not going to affect the beauty and substance that is your heart, your truth  … your song!

So my beautiful people, enter your day with this knowing that you are fabulous and you have a CHOICE …

Hello my beautiful people … how is your heart beating these days,
or have you even had a moment to check in?

Is life offering up to you the experiences you need in order to fill
that beautiful sacred vessel
inside with the love it so deserves to dance in OR have you been
feeling like you are missing out on the big prize?

Either way I am here to share that it’s ALL GOOD my lovelies! I say
this because I realized a very long time ago a trick that works like

Hello beautiful ones … Happy New Year and hope your holiday season was a joyful delight! How is life treating you these days? I am going to assume your heart is dancing in love and peace my friends!

You know, this is the year to embrace all of your desires and make them a reality not just a wish!

Every year we set resolutions to better our space, to try and make the changes we have spent so much time and energy thinking about to only end up hoping that through the grace of something magical, they will indeed become a new reality in our lives.

Well my people, I am here to share that I personally have done this for far too long with far too less of a heart return that I KNOW, we are all worthy and deserving of! Be it degrees of procrastination, lack of belief … you name it I have touched and experienced all of these energies that so many people still continue to be plagued with on a daily basis.

To have personally journeyed this path has been such a valuable and abundant gift though because through it all, I have learned and remembered such divine teachings that are meant to be passed on to each and every one of you should you relate to any of what I am sharing with you today. REMEMBER – THE TIME IS NOW to choose a path that will align you with what it is you are most desiring!!

Change is our birthright, choice is the key … freedom is the RESULT!!!

This year I have chosen to focus my serving to just that; to helping provide the guidance and coaching to people who are ready and willing to experience life through a much clearer perspective. The purpose of this message of course is to share this with all of you and also to ask, that should you come across anyone whom you feel would benefit from my heart and spirit coaching for the soul, if you would kindly let them know of my services!
